Fernando Carpaneda's exhibitions at CBGB's included "Back to the Bowery," "The Bowery Electric Festival: A Tribute to Joey Ramone," and "Vinnie Wartlip Retrospective." These exhibitions featured prominent figures from Andy Warhol's The Factory, such as photographer Billy Name, who designed The Factory, Arturo Vega, the artistic director of the Ramones, Dee Ramone, and Jerry Only from The Misfits, among others.

"Back to the Bowery" featured rare, never-before-exhibited 70's era photographs showcasing The Ramones, The Dead Boys, and more by John Santanello. The exhibition also included original photographs featuring The Velvet Underground & Nico by famed photographer Billy Name, and presented the artwork of Walter Steding. Additionally, the exhibition featured avant-garde violin performances and sculptures depicting punks, rent boys, junkies, thieves, and outcasts by artist Fernando Carpaneda, along with works by pioneer punk photographer Roberta Bayley. Also on display were rock and roll photographs and pin-ups by Mark Sweeney, NYC street photos by famed phantom photographer Josh Wertheimer, and works by "The Man Who Shot the 70s," the infamous Mick Rock. The exhibition included works by Interview Magazine/Warhol photographer and Night Magazine founder, Anton Perich, who was also the designer and builder of the electric painting machine. It also featured works by Elaine Mayes, author and photographer of "It Happened in Monterey," 1980's nightlife photographer Sharon Smith, and the mythic punk and beyond photographer Godlis.

The exhibition at CBGB's Gallery showcased works by Arturo Vega, Dee Dee Ramone, Fernando Carpaneda, and other notable artists. In 2002, Fernando Carpaneda's sculptures were prominently displayed in the windows of CBGB's alongside the commemorative plaques created by Arturo Vega to celebrate The Ramones' induction into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame. This installation was part of The Bowery Electric Festival exhibition, which paid tribute to Joey Ramone and was curated by Arturo Vega, the artist behind The Ramones' iconic logo. Additionally, paintings by Dee Dee Ramone for his final CD cover were also featured at The Bowery Electric Festival.

Fernando Carpaneda was invited to participate in the Vinnie Wartlip retrospective (R.I.P 1972-2001) at CB's 313 Gallery (CBGB) in 2001. The event, honoring the late Vinnie Wartlip, was a collaboration between Paper Cut Gallery, Toedesign Inc., and the Wartlip Estate, showcasing Vinnie's paintings. Alongside Fernando Carpaneda, other artists participating in the exhibition included Randy Costanza, Shawn Kavanaugh, Adam Rider, and Douglas W. Koepsel.

CBGB men's bathroom
In 2005, Fernando Carpaneda crafted a series of dioramas depicting the men's bathroom at CBGB. These dioramas, standing at 12 inches tall, were made using water-based clay, mixed media, and acrylic paint. The series depicting the CBGB men's bathroom was exhibited at the "Queer Punk" exhibition, hosted at the Leslie Lohman Museum Project Space in 2011.
